The Michigan Mathematics and Science Network works with individuals and groups from the community to support our work. These include business, industry, cultural institutions and universities. These partnerships promote improved math and science education.

Centers involve the community in planning and implementing programs through advisory boards and task forces.
Centers acquire and leverage direct and in-kind human and financial resources to provide the six basic services in mathematics and science.
Centers promote public understanding of the goals and issues in mathematics and science education.
Centers offer programs and activities for families; sponsor county-wide festivals; conduct cooperative programs with local museums, zoos, planetariums, parks, etc.; and form partnerships with local business and industry.
